EU AI ACT: Governance of the AI Act

This mini course, part of the EU AI Act All-in-One program, provides a comprehensive overview of the EU AI Act’s governance framework at both Union and national levels. It equips executives, managers, and legal advisors with essential knowledge to navigate AI governance, manage conformity assessments, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and responsible AI practices. Participants will understand the role of notifying authorities, the conformity assessment process, and the legal consequences of non-compliance. The course also delves into best practices for responsible AI use, including record-keeping and integrating cybersecurity, preparing participants to mitigate risks and avoid penalties.
